What is the expected response time for support tickets?

Our average response time is 24 to 48 hours. Business Hub plan subscribers benefit from Priority Support, which means their tickets are reviewed sooner. To help us resolve your issue faster, include your Linktude username and link path in your message so we can locate and prioritise your account quickly.

What should I do if I suspect unauthorised access to my account?

Act immediately. Change your password from your account settings and notify our support team by submitting a ticket at linktude.com/support. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Linktude cannot be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to secure your account, so we encourage the use of a strong, unique password.

How do I report a Linktude link I believe is fraudulent or violating platform rules?

If you encounter a linktu.de link that appears to be used for fraud, impersonation, or any Prohibited Activity, please report it through our support page at linktude.com/support. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly. Linktude reserves the right to remove any Link Path found to be in violation of our Terms of Use without prior notice.

What if I have a dispute with Linktude that I cannot resolve informally?

Our Terms of Use require that disputes first go through a 60-day informal resolution process via written notice. If no resolution is reached, disputes are referred to binding arbitration under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, with Lagos as the seat of arbitration. For any urgent matter involving intellectual property infringement, either party may seek emergency injunctive relief through the courts.
